Glucomannan is a natural water-soluble fiber found in Konjac tuber root (Amorphophallus rivieri, synonym A. konjac). Glucomannan absorbs water very well and turns into a gel-like mass, which is why glucomannan helps to create a feeling of fullness faster in our body with a smaller amount of food.
